We have Councilmembers Aldabal, Narcisse, Marte, Marano, Feliz, Aviles, Brooks Powers, Hudson, Wrestler, Jay Sanchez, Williams, Wong, and Maloney. And Gennaro on Zoom. Yes. Okay. At today's hearing, the committee will consider and vote on the following items. 2 preconsidered resolutions approving real property tax exemptions under Article 11 of the Private Housing Law for the following projects.
Fordham Bedford Cluster Phase 1 in the districts of Councilmembers Dinowitz and Feliz, and Gowanus Green A in Councilmember Hanif's district. Does anyone have any statements or comments they'd like to make on either of these? No? Okay. Thank you.
